Terms of service

These terms apply to Hosqi, operated by Fast Cybers. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Contact [email protected] if you need clarification before using Hosqi.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials private and use the service only if you are authorized to act for the business and channels you connect. You are responsible for workspace access, member permissions and activity carried out using your account.

Connected services and messaging

You must follow the rules of the services you connect, obtain necessary permissions and consent, and respect messaging restrictions and opt-out requests. Do not use Hosqi to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, access another person’s data without permission, or bypass provider restrictions.

Provider availability, approval, messaging limits and permissions can change independently of Hosqi. A configured integration does not guarantee that every provider feature or account is eligible. You can review connection readiness inside the application.

Your content and automation

You retain your rights to content you submit and authorize us to process it to provide the service. Review workflows before activating them. You are responsible for recipients, content, triggers and actions you configure. AI-generated content and transcripts may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on them.

Plans and charges

Any paid plan, third-party charge or separate service is subject to the pricing and conditions shown when you choose it. These terms do not enroll you in a paid plan or authorize an undisclosed charge.

Availability and changes

We work to maintain the service, but availability and third-party delivery are not guaranteed. We may update features or restrict activity that compromises security, violates these terms or conflicts with provider requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without additional warranties.

Ending use and data requests

You may stop using Hosqi and disconnect your channels. For account closure or deletion, follow our data deletion instructions. Disconnecting alone does not delete shared conversation history. Rights and obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
